With over 25 years in the charity sector, my journey began as a data entry clerk and has grown into a lifelong commitment to purpose-driven work.

I’ve built my career from the ground up, managing donor data, writing fundraising bids and campaigns, planning major events, developing robust policies, and delivering services at both grassroots and strategic levels. Along the way, I've also served as a charity Trustee and completed a degree in Charity Management, strengthening my expertise and strategic insight. 

For the past five years, I’ve worked as a charity CEO, leading teams, navigating complex challenges, driving growth, and embedding sustainable impact. This leadership experience has given me a deep understanding of what makes organisations effective, resilient, and forward-thinking.

I worked full-time while studying remotely for four years to earn a Certificate (with Distinction) and a Foundation Degree (with Merit) in Charity and Social Enterprise Management from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. This experience was both challenging and rewarding, deepening my understanding of the sector and reinforcing the foundations of my practice.
